Important Note: Proxy Access is administered by your student through Banner Student Self Service. The University does not administer accounts or record authorizations. Please contact your student for assistance with using Proxy Access to view their educational record. Learn more.
How do I reset or change my password for Proxy Access?
Step 1: From the Home screen of Proxy Self Service Banner, navigate to the tile Proxy Personal Information. Select the tile.
Step 2: To change your password, select the text Click here to change your password.
A Reset Password confirmation window will display. Two emails will be sent to your email address. The first email will contain the URL to reset your password and the second email will contain your temporary PIN/Password. See instructions on setting your new permanent PIN/Password.
