How can Parents or Family Members add funds to a Students Bulldog Bucks Account?

Family members can make deposits into a student’s Bulldog Bucks account.  Students will need to provide their family member(s) with the following information:

• Kettering Student ID number (nine-digit number beginning with a ‘7’)
• First three letters/characters of your First Name (as shown on your Kettering Student ID card)

Step 1:  Parents navigate to KU Wallet (TouchNet OneCard) Parental Login


Enter the Student ID # (nine-digit number beginning with a ‘7’) and the first three letters/characters of the student’s first name.

Select Sign In.

Step 2:  Select the Add Funds button.

Step 3:  Enter the appropriate information:

  1. Online Deposit Amount – The amount of funds you wish to add to your student’s account.
  2. Email – Enter your personal email address where you wish to have the purchase receipt emailed.
  3. Deposit Note (Optional) – If you wish to add a deposit note.
  4. Notify the card holder – Check if you wish the system to email a message to the student’s Kettering email address notifying them of the new funds deposited on their account.  
Select Continue.

Step 4:  Enter your Payment Information.  Once complete, select Continue at the bottom of the web page.

Receipt screen will appear.  A copy will also be emailed to the email address you provided.
