How do I use my personal QR Code to purchase meals at Kettering Dining cash registers?

How do I update my Kettering ID card?
KU Wallet builds in the convenience for students and employees to manage their
Kettering photo. KU Wallet allows you to upload and manage your photo used for your
Kettering ID and systems – including
Blackboard (Online Classroom) and
Student and
Employee Self Service Banner.

Students
Kettering ID
New undergraduate students
will receive their
Kettering Student ID at move-in during
orientation. Be sure to upload your photo prior to orientation.
New graduate on-campus students should upload their photo. Once on-campus, visit the
Campus Safety Office located on the 2nd floor of the
Campus Center (CC) to obtain your
Kettering Student ID.
Kettering University Online students should upload their photo and contact the KUO Admissions Office at (810) 762-9523 to obtain your Kettering Student ID.
Current students on-campus, the next time you need to replace your
Kettering ID card, you can go to the
Campus Safety Office located on the 2nd floor of the
Campus Center (CC) to have a new
ID card printed using your new photo.
Employees
Contact the
Campus Safety Office located on the 2nd floor of the
Campus Center (CC) to schedule a time to pick-up your
Kettering ID card.

What is my KU Wallet login?
Students, faculty and staff access the KU Wallet (TouchNet OneCard) solution through their Kettering Gmail/LDAP username and password. This is the same login information used to access your Kettering email account.

I have a new cell phone and am unable to use the mobile app. How do I add my new cell phone?
There are two ways to add your new mobile device to your KU Wallet account.
- When you are logged into the 360u Mobile App (KU Wallet) on your old phone, you can remove your device.
- You can also log into the KU Wallet Web Portal at any time and Unregister the 360u App from using your old cell phone.
