Important Note: Proxy Access is administered by your student through Banner Student Self Service. The University does not administer accounts or record authorizations. Please contact your student for assistance with using Proxy Access to view their educational record. Learn more.
How do I view my Student's record in Proxy Self Service Banner?
Once logged into Proxy Self Service Banner, on the Home screen you will see a tile for the student(s) for whom you are a proxy. To view the student’s educational record, select the appropriate tile I am a proxy for …. Select the text Select to view in the drop-down box to view available authorized student pages.
If there are no pages available to view, contact your student and request they grant you authorization to view their student record.
Important Note: Proxy Access provides view-only privileges to a student’s record. If you will be making a tuition payment on the student’s behalf, please request your student set-up your account in KU ePay. Learn more about KU ePay.
